The Firm, either directly or through its associates, acts as legal representative on behalf of foreign or local investors particularly during the initial stages of establishing a business in Nigeria and thereafter provides a regular update and review of legislation as it affects the client.

In line with the foregoing we also act on behalf of promoters and venture capitalists in negotiations and other arrangements relating to project financing, monitoring, and corporate management. We also provide the framework for securing appropriate legal safeguards and assurances for the benefit of the client.
